Are you struggling with something in your life at the moment. Maybe it is something longstanding that you feel you now want to try to understand or move in some way. Or maybe this is something that started around a particular event or occurrence and you are finding it still difficult. Maybe life just doesn't feel great at the moment and you need some support. The work I do with clients is about gaining a deeper understanding of what is taking place in your inner landscape. Telling your story, having it witnessed and supported, exploring options, and gaining deeper awareness and understanding, can lead to more satisfaction in life.
Relationship difficulty is the main area I work with - relationships with others - family, friends, work colleagues, parents, people in the past, people in the present - and the relationship with oneself and how that is affecting ones quality of life. I have worked over the last twelve years with people from all walks of life on a wide range of issues.
Please contact me by text or by email or via the City Therapy centre. The only thing we do at the start is "Set up One Session" You need to meet me and see what it is like before deciding whether you want to go on. I do charge for the first session - room cost, time, etc.
