Life can sometimes feel overwhelming, leaving us feeling stuck, anxious, lost or unsure of how to move forward. I work with adults (18+) experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, addiction, ADHD, bereavement, family difficulties, workplace challenges, issues around sexuality, and suicidal thoughts. As an Integrative Psychotherapist, I tailor therapy to each person's unique needs, providing a warm, safe and non-judgemental space where clients can explore their experiences, gain insight, develop coping strategies and build lasting positive change.
I offer individual therapy tailored to your unique needs. With specialist training in addiction and ASIST suicide intervention, I support clients facing emotional, behavioural and life challenges. Drawing from a range of therapeutic approaches, I help clients better understand themselves, manage difficult emotions and create meaningful change.
