You feel different, and you have for a long time. You have carried silence, or shame, or questions that never quite let go. Many of the people I work with are queer, neurodiverse, or moving through change that feels heavier than they let on. Together we step outside the box of just talking. We cannot always think our way out of what hurts, we have to feel it, move with it, and live our way into something new. Beginning therapy takes courage. If you would like to start, I offer a free 15 minute consultation,
I offer online therapy, eco-therapy in Phoenix Park, and clinical supervision. I work with queer identity, shame, and life transitions, integrative and trauma-informed, listening for what is spoken and unspoken so that healing is not only imagined but lived, felt, and carried into everyday life.
This is not therapy where you talk and I just listen. We work together through whatever you bring. You bring yourself, your story, your stuckness, and I bring clinical experience and honest presence. We guide each other, not observed from a distance, but met and worked alongside. Queer-affirmative, and glad to meet you..

I work with shame, identity, anxiety, low self-worth, relationship struggles, and life transitions, including coming out and questions of self. We start with getting to know what you bring, then working actively and together, through talking, noticing, and working to change. Over time, most people find more ease, clearer self-understanding, and a steadier sense of who they are in the world.

I work integratively, drawing on humanistic, relational, and creative approaches. My deepest work is with shame and trauma in queer and neurodivergent lives, where identity, history, and the body meet. Sessions are not one-size-fits-all. The experience is warm and active, less observed from a distance, more met and worked alongside
