Hello, I am James Byrne, a fully qualified and accredited integrative counsellor and psychotherapist I have over 10 years of experience dedicated to helping individuals navigate the complexities of mental health. I've had the privilege of working with diverse issues, recognsing how deeply these challenges can impact our lives.
I believe in the transformative power of counseling and psychotherapy. My practice focuses on creating a welcoming and non-judgmental environment where my clients can safely explore their thoughts and feelings.
Holding a BA in Integrative counselling and psychotherapy I use a range of approaches to support my clients, having a strong focus in working with anxiety, stress, ADHD and working with Neurodivergence.
