About
In my practice, I strive to provide an environment of safety for clients to develop a compassionate awareness of the problems they are facing. My training has allowed me to develop a strong ability to listen deeply to what clients need; providing a much-needed sound wall so that the client does not feel alone with their problems. In this manner, we as clients can develop a patient understanding of any issue we face, i.e. anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, grief among many others. I work with clients to improve their lives and their management of personal problems in a collaborative, communicative and safe context.
In my practice, I strive to bring a dynamic array of resources to suit different clients, regardless of the issues they may face. I work with clients in areas such as: Nervous System Regulation through the framework of Polyvagal Theory, Gestalt therapy or Moment to Moment awareness practices, Journaling practices, Art Therapy Practices, and much more.
You may feel unsure of what you need from therapy. Reach out to me for a free consultation. We can discuss your issues, and you decide if I am the right fit for you.
