Hi, I'm Jackie. I know how intimidating it can be to begin therapy both personally and professionally and I assure you my aim is to provide, a kind, safe & non-judgmental space. I am an IACP accredited Counsellor & Psychotherapist holding a BSc (Hons) degree. My approach to therapy is humanistic - I believe that in order to live a happier and fulfilling life we need to understand who we are, our thoughts, feelings & patterns of behavior that keep us stuck.
Therapy is a unique journey where I work empathetically & collaboratively with you to discover a better way of living. As an integrative therapist, I draw from a number of different approaches and theories including Person Centered, Gestalt, Attachment & Human Development, Internal Family Systems, EMDR, Cognitive Behavior Therapy et al
