Have you a concern about how your partner/ex-partner is treating you? "It's Complicated" is a free service for men who feel they might be in an unhealthy relationship, or who may be experiencing hostility or abuse. This could be from a current/ex partner, difficult break up, separation, divorce or even family member. We will support you on a one to one basis and also provide a step-down programme to continue supporting you into the future. We will be very flexible in a way that best supports you. Our professional staff are there to make sure you are heard. We also offer support to concerned family members and friends.
We offer a range of supports, from one to one work or counselling, up to helping inform you of your options into the future. We can guide you through a better understanding of what you might be experiencing along with practical steps you can take to help support yourself. We will help you with understanding abuse better and keeping yourself safer.
We can assure you a very warm welcome when you take that brave step to reach out to us. You do not need to prepare anything beforehand, we will work together and figure this out over time as we get to know each other. Abuse can take many forms and some are not as obvious as you might think. Sponsored by CUAN, this service is provided free of charge.
