A bit about me and how I work to help you ……… As a primarily Rogerian/Humanistic therapist, I believe in your ability to work through and come up with your own answers in therapy and I will facilitate you in this. Using my theoretical learning and counselling skills, I believe my role is to listen and reflect back through a professionally objective, non-judgmental and unbiased lens to gently lead you towards realising your goals. I work in an integrative way incorporating Humanistic, CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), ACT (Acceptance & Commitment Therapy), Choice Theory and Solution-Focused model
