I work with people across all ages, backgrounds, and identities. My practice is affirming of neurodiversity, gender, sexuality, race, culture, and ethnicity. I have a particular interest in supporting clients navigating process addictions, and have a specialist interest in sex and pornography addiction. I am fully qualified to work with Adolescent clients.
My therapy practice is grounded in the fundamental belief that all people have the capacity for growth, change, and self-acceptance given the right circumstances. I see my work as a therapist not as an effort to fix what is broken, but as a process of helping each client uncover what is true and meaningful for them as an individual.
