Are you feeling stuck, experiencing low energy and motivation or feeling anxious and overwhelmed? You are not alone. I offer a safe, confidential, compassionate and caring space for you to explore your difficulties in a non-judgmental environment. I have experience working with a variety of issues including illness, bereavement, loss and grief, childlessness and infertility, anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues and trauma. My goal in supporting you, is to nurture a strong therapeutic relationship that allows you to bring your voice into the world and safely explore your lived experience.

I aim to foster a relationship with my clients where they can experience a felt sense of safety to explore their story. This is central to how I work. Through my integrative training, I work with each client holistically placing value on their own autonomy, personal growth and life experiences.

I meet clients where they are in their own life story working collaboratively to create a strong therapeutic relationship where feedback is encouraged and acted on. Through this connection, personal issues can be explored safely and new ways of being can begin to develop.
