I offer evidence-based psychological therapy which is collaborative and respectful. My clinical approach is psychoanalytically informed. I always look for the most suitable way of helping each person, having in mind their resources and needs. I provide a gentle, safe place free from judgment to talk openly about yourself and your troubles, where you can learn to listen to yourself in a different way and understand your experiences. I will be interested in how your past impacts your present and will help you to develop a greater understanding of the unseen patterns of behaviour that can underlie psychological distress.
I work with individuals and couples experiencing various difficulties. I'm interested in helping you to alleviate your pain and develop more enjoyable way of relating to yourself and others. I have extensive experience working with people who experienced trauma/abuse and needed to attend to their emotional scars.
I am interested in helping others to understand why they feel depressed, lack motivation, direction and perhaps confidence, feel stuck not knowing which life choices they should make, who may be frozen in dead-end relationships, working situations and not have the tools nor the energy to make changes, who fear stepping out of their comfort zone.
