I am an accredited member of the IACP and hold an honours degree in Counselling & Psychotherapy from MTU (formerly CIT). I have a flexible, integrative approach in which the counselling style is tailored to the specific needs and circumstances of each client. I provide a compassionate, non-judgmental environment in which people can feel safe and supported while exploring their issues.
I am experienced in both short-term, solution-focused counselling and longer-term psychotherapy. I am especially interested in work around trauma, family conflict and relationship issues.
