I specialise in addiction, trauma, emotional regulation, and recovery, with experience supporting clients through anxiety, shame, grief, and low self-worth. My approach combines empathy, honesty, and trauma-informed care, providing a safe space where clients can gain a deeper understanding of themselves, develop resilience, and move toward meaningful change.
Many of our struggles begin as attempts to cope with pain, disconnection, or unmet needs. I offer a compassionate, non-judgemental space where you can feel truly seen and understood. Counselling is not simply my work but my vocation, and it is a privilege to walk beside others as they gently reconnect with themselves.
