I am an accredited member of the IACP in Ireland, offering counselling and psychotherapy in English and Polish. My practice focuses on humanistic and existential approaches, with ongoing professional development. With experience as an SCW in Mental Health, I support clients using various therapeutic methods, including CBT. Recently diagnosed with ADHD as an adult, I have a personal connection to my work with neurodiverse clients. As a certified ADHD Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP), I offer specialized support for those with ADHD. Additionally, I work as a Family Therapist, aiming to create a supportive space.

I provide a counselling service for various multicultural clients and their needs. I use a variety of techniques, from existentialism to psychoanalytic framework to implement the best therapeutic approach. I gain experience working with people who suffer from brain injury and are diagnosed with autism spectrum. Provide a short therm therapy like CBT

I will try to do my best to make the therapy fruitful. For me, you are an individual, a person who needs help, without putting on words, stickers or hospitalization. A large percentage of people attending therapy returned to normal in their own lives without the medical signature of depression, disorders & stigmas.
