I am an Accredited IACP therapist with a BA (Hons) in Counselling & Psychotherapy, and a Certificate in Child & Adolescent Counselling & Psychotherapy.
I have many years experience, and undertake continuous professional development (CPD).
Additionally I hold a Masters in Management & Organisational Studies and a BA (Hons) in International Business with many years experience.
Talking and working through issues such as stress, relationship issues, family difficulties, general and social anxiety, panic attacks, depression, bullying, abuse / assault, self-esteem issues, loneliness, bereavement and loss, racism, workplace issues, redundancy, retirement and life stage difficulties such as age, parenthood, new lifestyle adjustment.
From a empathetic stance, my core approach is what is known as person-centred, where in a safe and supportive therapeutic space you are listened to without judgement, your feelings are explored, and you are supported as you work through your issues.
