My experience of working in a psychiatric hospital in London, together with my subsequent extensive management experience with a large global organisation, where a key part of my role involved mentoring and coaching people in developing their careers, prompted me to embark on her career as a counsellor and psychotherapist. My holistic approach to counselling facilitates opportunities for clients to explore their feelings in a non-judgmental, and safe environment. In this therapeutic partnership, I facilitate clients as they identify and manage strong feelings such as anger or anxiety, grief, loss relationship problems, depression.
I am particularly interested in the power that exists within our “inner child selves”. My personal life, spiritual experiences, and professional qualifications allow me to help clients deal with their present-day adversities by deepening their self-awareness and reconnecting with the innermost and deepest parts of their minds, body, and soul.
I strongly believe in the “whole being” approach to wellness. I guide clients through introspection and self-discovery to embody the essence of their inner child, their soul, to attract more balance, freedom, and fulfilment to allow them to reach their full potential. I work with young adults over the age of 18 years only.
