I am a couples specialist having worked since 2000 with couples experiencing fatigue in the relationship, infidelity, sexual intimacy issues, and unsafe behavior's. In my work with individuals I provide a safe space for my client to bring anything that is on their mind and is causing them anxiety or stress. In particular anxiety, relationship issues, past sexual trauma, internal family issues, lack of self worth, work place stress. Helping clients find their strengths and acknowledge their limitations and work together to help clients feel confident and alleviate anxiety.
Working as a couples therapist for over 20 years I have gained huge insight into the dynamic shared between couples, and how family of origin can play a big part in our relationship. Continues professional development is a must for every therapist and I look at the best possible workshops that will enhance my work with my clients.
