I am a fully accredited Art Therapist with a Master’s Degree in Art Therapy from Crawford College of Art and Design, and I have also completed my clinical training as a Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapist with the Tivoli Institute in Dublin. I work with adults, adolescents and children in individual sessions with an integrative and creative approach to therapy. I respond to each client’s individual needs and this may be through talk therapy or creative arts therapy approaches to promote healing, generate growth and insight to their situation, help develop their resources and strengths, and to resolve personal issues.
I have a particular interest in working with attachment and trauma focused therapy, and my emphasis is on developing a safe therapeutic space for my clients to creatively explore and express themselves. I have worked with a number of charitable organisations and in educational settings where I also provide Group Art Psychotherapy for Adults or Adolescents.
If you feel you would like to find out more about how we can work towards your goals together, or if you would like to talk to me about your child/adolescent's needs for therapy, please contact me for a free phone consultation.
