I welcome contact from anyone who is interested in exploring their inner world and their relationships with themselves and others. My work is grounded in my belief in the human capacity for growth, change and self-compassion. I accept each person for who they are without judgement. I work in a relational way, providing a safe, authentic, affirming therapeutic space for each client. My therapeutic approach supports people to connect with themselves and their inner worlds, to safely process challenging or traumatic life experiences, and to find ways to live authentically and meaningfully.
I am a trauma-informed humanist-integrative psychotherapist with additional training in somatic/body-focused work. My background is in mental health, palliative care and psycho-oncology. Grief, trauma, cancer, serious illness, early life experiences and mental health are particular areas of interest of mine.
I do not work with people in active addiction.
