The initial phone call, usually 30 mins is free. The client may feel up-set and often emotional as they begin to talk about their issues and concerns. I make sure they feel heard and understand regarding their needs. I use the Internal Family Systems approach. It works on befriending our internal parts that cause us upset and realizing these parts have our best interest at heart. It facilitates inner child healing leading to transformation. I am qualified in sensorimotor psychotherapy for trauma. This involves working with the body which holds the trauma. This is done in a gentle effective way. "The body holds the score"
I specialize in helping those affected by Narcissistic Abuse. Narcissists control, manipulate, dominate and lie to get their needs met without considering their significant other. Understanding their gas-lighting tactics helps the client understand how it is affecting them emotionally and psychologically. I help them break free from this insidious abuse.
