Hazel believes therapy should be a collaborative process where the therapist provides a safe, non judgemental environment. This facilitates healing by giving the client the space to process difficulties and build awareness of patterns and behaviours that may be unhelpful or causing distress. Hazel believes awareness creates conscious choices which lead to a more fulfilled life.
Hazel works with a range of issues such as anxiety, depression, low self esteem, shame, guilt and experiences of bullying.
