Life touches us all with moments of pain and loss, yet some seem to find their way through more easily than others. My curiosity about what helps people heal led me to study human behaviour—how we think, feel, and respond to life’s challenges. I’m especially drawn to supporting those experiencing grief or loss, whether of a loved one, a job, or health. My hope is to offer a warm, compassionate space where you can gently explore your experiences and begin to rediscover strength, self-understanding, and hope.
With me you can explore your difficulties, and together we can work towards finding a way through. My approach is grounded in humanistic therapy, which is based on the belief that every person is inherently good and has the capacity for growth, healing, and reaching their full potential.
I have a particular interest in supporting clients through grief and loss, and I also welcome working with a wide range of issues, drawing from a wealth of life experience and understanding. If you choose to reach out, you can expect to be met with respect, compassion, and genuine care as we work together through the therapeutic process.
