Grace is a qualified and accredited neurodiversity-affirming psychotherapist and student counsellor. She holds a Masters in Integrative Psychotherapy (DCU) and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology (UL). Additional trainings inc: specialisms in trauma, adolescent therapy, student mental health, eating disorders, autism, ADHD, couple issues & psychosexual therapy. Grace is experienced in working with a broad range of difficulties inc: anxiety, stress, depression, grief, bereavement, relationship & family difficulties, work issues, burnout, self-esteem & identity issues, neurodivergence, eating disorders, body image, trauma.
As an integrative psychotherapist, Grace tailors her approach to support each client’s individual needs. Her approach is rooted in relational therapy, wherein she believes that the sense of connection mutually satisfying relationships with others provide is necessary for our well-being.
She offers a safe, supportive space for clients to explore their concerns and utilises a blend of therapeutic interventions from person-centred therapy, psychodynamic therapy, cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), transactional analysis and systemic therapy, to support clients to come into greater self-understanding and empowerment in navigating their lives.
