I offer a warm, respectful and confidential relationship in a safe, professional setting. Within this space, people can explore their anxieties and embark on the journey towards self-awareness. I use a variety of approaches including psychodynamic, person centred, cognitive behavioural and mindfulness, depending on which is most suitable for you.
