I understand that it can be difficult to talk about your story and my goal is help you do this but at your own pace. I aim to hold a space where you can feel safe, non judged and heard, where you can start to become clearer in your thoughts and improve the relationship with yourself and those important to you.
My work is all about helping people untangle the emotional imprints of their past and reconnect with themselves in a deeper more meaningful way. I am deeply committed to creating a safe space for you to explore your challenges. As an Integrative therapist, I draw from different therapy styles to best suit you. I will work at your pace to ensure you feel safe
