Life challenges and mental health issues can be exacerbated by feelings of shame, invalidation, and isolation. The first step toward addressing that feeling is talking it out. I provide counselling and psychotherapy sessions with a humanistic, integrative approach, taking the time to respect the individuality of each client and create a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental space. Well done on taking the first step and for reaching out. I welcome the opportunity to encourage and empower you on your therapeutic journey and personal growth.
To date, my counselling practice has mainly centred around LGBTQ+ issues and neurodiversity. This stems from my passion for working with the LGBTQ+ community, being involved in Dublin's LGBTQ+ community as an openly gay man, and my extensive experience working with neurodiversity in the social care sector.
If you have any questions, or feel that you could benefit from empathetic, non-judgemental counselling, please don't hesitate to reach out. I am open to enquiries and welcome the chance to support you on your therapeutic journey.
