Let’s begin! Even if, at the moment, you are feeling a bit lost or stuck, is it possible that this could be an important turning point in your life? You do not need to do this alone. In difficult times, often the wisest thing to do, is to get professional advice. This fresh perspective from an objective person, with your best interests in mind, is my offer. Now you can do this from the comfort of your home by video call or alternatively you may come to see me in person.
I tailor my approach to the individual needs of each client. My speciality is to offer a mindfulness-based psychotherapy so you can access a safe space to recognise and unravel the issues that have been holding you back. As many problems arise in relationship, it is also through a responsive, relationship that past hurts may be healed.
Calling a therapist can be intimidating, but, I hope you will take a moment (maybe a leap of faith) to inquire how I might be of help. I believe one of the most courageous things you can do is to gain the self awareness and compassion needed to meet these challenges, experiencing yourself in a new way.
