I use an Integrative and Humanistic approach to psychotherapy and counselling and believe in the quality of the therapeutic relationship to provide a safe and supportive space for clients.
I work from a relational model and incorporate elements of psycho-education in facilitating sessions in supporting clients’ self-awareness development and personal growth. As an integrative therapist I adapt my approach depending on the individual client to ensure that their needs are addressed.
I am available for both long and short-term therapy sessions depending on the needs of the individual client.
