My name is Gearóid and I'm a therapist based in Sligo. I really love being a therapist, and I love to work with people at a crossroads in their lives. Perhaps questioning identity, navigating relationships, adjusting to a life transitions or stuck with a creative block. I love to work with people seeking space to talk openly without judgment. Perhaps they want clarity, self-acceptance, and a sense of direction, knowing they can get to that point through collaboration. Often feeling stuck or disconnected, I work with clients looking for support to better understand themselves and move forward with confidence and purpose.
I offer person-centred and creative therapy tailored to you. I specialise in working with LGBTQIA+ clients, men’s issues, and life transitions. My approach is collaborative and flexible, helping you explore challenges, strengthen self-awareness, and build tools for meaningful change. We work together to find a way that works for you.
