I am an EMDR-trained and accredited therapist supporting people who have experienced difficult or distressing events that continue to affect them today. You may have been carrying this for a long time. Unresolved experiences can lead to anxiety, hypervigilance, sleep disturbance, anger or rage, low mood, emotional shutdown, and a persistent sense of unease.

I am a lecturer and speaker in psychotherapy and work in private practice from a private and separate room at the side of my home in Clondalkin. I believe that it's only when you feel safe that this will allow us to focus on deep rooted sensitive issues that perhaps you find it difficult to share with others.
