Addiction is a complex and deeply personal struggle. Therefore, in order to address an addiction, individuals need comprehensive and compassionate support.

I have worked with all forms of addiction, along with more general mental health issues. In particular, I have extensive experience of helping those struggling with problem gambling. Engaging predominantly from a CBT and Person-Centred perspective, lived experience of addiction, and recovery, also informs my counselling.
Counselling offers a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your experiences, emotions, and goals. When in active addiction, seeking help is one of the hardest steps to take. I understand that the journey to recovery can feel overwhelming, but with the right guidance and support, change is possible.
