I work empathically with my clients. Sessions are completely confidential. I work very well with clients who suffer from anxiety and depression. My speciality is my inner child work. This is a very powerful therapy. I can bring the client back in a safe way to a traumatic experience. Sometimes, I will combine this therapy with music. The client may experience the trauma through feelings in the body, this therapy answers for the client why they feel the way they do in their body. By unlocking those feelings healing may begin. It can help a client to become more confident and as a result they begin to uncover their true self's.
