Hi, My name is Fiona and I am currently a pre-accredited Psychotherapist. I believe all people are born equal and each of us deserve to live a peaceful and fulfilled life. I have a passion for helping people navigate their circumstances and to become empowered to grow, learn and look after their wellbeing. I aim to offer a space that is welcoming and free of judgment and provides an opportunity to work collaboratively with all clients. If you are looking for guidance on relationship issues, low mood, stress, or self esteem and more I am here to guide you.
I hold an MA in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and a BA in Applied Social Studies in Social Care. I have a decade of experience working with people in social care settings, particularly those who are marginalised, have complex emotional needs or neurodivergence. I combine both my practical experience with the academic knowledge in every session.
My work is grounded in a person centred modality, while also combining evidence based strategies to allow you to not only understand yourself and others better but to have helpful practical skills and strategies whatever the presenting situation. If this sounds like a good fit, please get in touch for your free 15 minute consultation.
