Are you feeling overwhelmed?
Anxious?
Struggling to move past difficult life experiences?
Afraid of making the same mistakes or having the same kind of relationships that don't work for you?
I want to support you to overcome your symptoms and experiences to lead a better life.
I will help you by tracing the origins of your feelings to help you overcome them for good rather than just giving you tips and tricks. But don't worry, there will also be tips and tricks too. I will help you move forward and build resources to cope with your feelings while working towards lo. I believe I long lasting changes rather than quick fixes.
I work with both adults and teens but I specialise in working with women and girls. I do my best work with sensitive women, helping them to navigate how their experiences impact them in the here and now. I am confident and experienced with working with women's health issues, overcoming trauma, recovery from harmful relationships and general life challenges.
There are lots of reasons why people come to counselling. If you are ready to commit to yourself, why not make contact today? I always recommend having a phone consultation prior to booking an appointment to make sure we are a good fit to work together. Email or text me today to set up a free consultation.
