Hi there, when we consider reaching out for help, it can be daunting. It can feel like the hardest step. Let me support you through the process. I can provide a safe space and confidential environment to explore any ongoing issues you may be experiencing and help you become unstuck with a deeper understanding of yourself. I have worked in many marginalised settings gaining invaluable experience of complex and difficult issues. I offer support to Adult clients and also Adolescents & their Parents.
I am a qualified counsellor/psychotherapist. I also hold a Higher Diploma in Addiction and an MSc in Adolescent Psychotherapy. I have extensive experience in a wide variety of issues. I am deeply passionate about supporting all my clients especially adolescents and their parents as they attempt to navigate this essential developmental stage of life.
