Psychotherapy that is individualised to a client's or couple's specific issues and needs. My name is Fiona. I am a fully qualified psychotherapist with a Masters in Integrative Psychotherapy, an Hons Degree in Psychology and full certification as a Shamanic practitioner. I embody an integrated, holistic approach which works with thoughts, emotions, the nervous system and the body. I focus on helping clients develop practices such as compassion, awareness, acceptance and accountability.
Many of the thinking patterns, beliefs and behaviours that cause us pain are the consequence of childhood adaptations to the circumstances and environment we experienced. By seeing ourselves with understanding, we can identify what no longer works for us and work on discarding outdated defences, whilst discovering who it is we truly are.
I work with individuals and couples.
