About

I am both a fully accredited therapist and supervisor in private practice in a purpose built premises with parking and toilet facilities. The 67 bus stop is a 5 min walk in either direction. I work with individuals from age 15 and couples. I offer a flexible range of appointment times and I also facilitate ONLINE THERAPY particularly during our current restrictions. Therapy is an opportunity to enhance the quality of your life. It is a space to explore what feels like a barrier to your best life. It is a collaborative experience where hopefully you are reminded of how you make the choices to direct your life while feeling supported.
I have been working as a counsellor and psychotherapist since 2006. Therapy is a process and in order for it to be successful, the relationship between client and therapist is key. The choice is with the client in terms of how long they want to attend, not dictated by me.
