Therapy is provided to clients who may have issues or concerns in relation to: ANXIETY, STRESS, DEPRESSION, WORK RELATED ISSUES, RELATIONSHIPS, IDENTITY & SEXUALITY, PTSD, PANIC ATTACKS, SELF ESTEEM, BULLYING, LOSS, BEHAVIOUR ISSUES. Typically therapy sessions last between 45mins and 1 hour.
All Therapies are designed around the individual needs of the client, where confidentiality, respect and trust are key to a successful therapeutic outcome. In my therapy sessions we will work together to address your current issues and challenges in an effort to improve positive thinking and behaviours.
I will help you re-frame your reactions to situations or events and provide you with tools for coping better with life's challenges.
