Our world & our mind can get very overwhelming at times and this can really become too much for any of us! I am a Pre-Accredited Counsellor/CBT therapist. I offer a warm, down-to-earth space where you can talk openly, without fear of judgment. My approach is person-centered, meaning I meet you where your at, offering guidance and support at your pace. Using a blend of counselling and CBT, along with carefully selected resources and practical tools, I help you identify/change unhelpful thought patterns, build resilience, and regain a sense of control, self worth & confidence. Together we will reclaim your purpose and drive for life!
With my experience in trauma-informed care, I ensure a compassionate and safe environment where healing and personal growth can flourish. Using CBT techniques like cognitive restructuring and behavioral activation, alongside counselling skills like active listening and psychoeducation, I provide resources, worksheets, and tools to help you heal and grow.
