Looking for a therapist can feel really daunting so I hope I can provide some helpful information here.
I work with clients once to three times weekly in both Dublin city centre and Dun Laoghaire. I provide a confidential, supportive space to talk, reflect and explore. My approach aids the expression of unconscious factors behind thought, behaviour and relationship patterns and regular sessions facilitate a close therapeutic relationship fostering lasting self-understanding, agency and change.
I have a particular interest in disordered eating and volunteer for the charity Bodywhys.
I hold an MSc in Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy from Trinity College School of Medicine and completed my clinical training at the Irish Institute of Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy. I have a certificate in Counselling and Psychotherapy from the Tavistock and Portman NHS Trust.
