Hi, and welcome to my page. I am a qualified Counsellor and Psychotherapist. I am a pre-accredited member of the IACP. At certain points in life, we face challenges that leave us feeling lost, stuck, or overwhelmed—challenges we may struggle to overcome. My goal is to support people in working through these difficulties and to empower them with tools that help them continue their journey.
I have experience working with a range of issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, work related issues, bereavement, grief, loss, and trauma.
My main focus is to meet people with compassion and empathy, providing a non-judgmental, safe space where they can explore challenges impacting their lives in the here and now. I am committed to supporting them as they move forward on their journey. I offer both face-to-face and online sessions.
