I have a wealth of knowledge and experience in providing counselling and psychotherapy to individuals, couples and families. My expertise encompasses a wide range of issues, including but not limited to grief, loss, bereavement, depression, anxiety, self-esteem, suicidal thoughts, self-harm, addiction, stress, trauma, obsessions, abuse, relationship difficulties and matters related to sexuality and also immigration.
My objective is to meet you where you are and work collaboratively towards your desired destination by tailoring therapy to your unique needs. I draw upon evidence-based approaches—humanistic, psychoanalytic, systemic, CBT, and existential—while integrating mindfulness, spirituality, and a deep respect for diversity and inclusivity.
