I have a wealth of knowledge and experience in providing counselling and psychotherapy to individuals, couples and families. My expertise encompasses a wide range of issues, including but not limited to grief, loss, bereavement, depression, anxiety, self-esteem, suicidal thoughts, self-harm, addiction, stress, trauma, obsessions, abuse, relationship difficulties and matters related to sexuality and also immigration.
My objective is to meet you where you are and work collaboratively towards your desired destination by tailoring therapy to your unique needs. I draw upon evidence-based therapeutic approaches, encompassing humanistic, psychoanalytic, systemic, CBT, and existential psychotherapy, while incorporating elements of mindfulness and spirituality.
I have the privilege of working with a diverse clientele from various cultural backgrounds and walks of life, and I approach each client with empathy and unconditional positive regard.
