I’m an EMDR-trained psychotherapist working with trauma, addiction, and the patterns that quietly organise a life. Before psychotherapy, I worked in the international art world — a way of seeing I still carry: attention to what is held in the body, what repeats, what resists language. I don’t see people as problems to fix, but as nervous systems shaped by experience. Therapy becomes a steady, boundaried space where what has been carried alone can be met, felt, and slowly reworked — until something more liveable, and more your own, begins to take shape.
I work with trauma, addiction, and the patterns that shape how you relate to yourself and others. Using EMDR alongside relational and somatic approaches, we follow what the body holds, not just what the mind explains. The work is careful, collaborative, and paced — allowing change to settle, rather than be forced.
Starting therapy can feel uncertain, even exposing. You don’t need to have it all worked out before you begin. We can start where you are, and take it at a pace that feels manageable. If something here resonates, you’re welcome to reach out — we can see together if this work feels like a fit.

I work with addiction, eating disorders, and trauma — often where they entwine. The work follows what is held beneath the surface: memory, pattern, and the body's own language. Using EMDR and relational, somatic approaches, we begin to loosen what has taken hold — so that choice returns, and something steadier can emerge.

I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in my practice. In your first session, we'll explore what brought you to therapy and then decide the most appropriate ways to help you make progress. With CBT, we'll look at how your thoughts affect your emotions and experience. During treatment, I'll help you learn how to push back against those thoughts to change your feelings for the better.
