Hello All, I'm Emm!
My goal as a Psychotherapist is to help people, simple as!
I aim to make you feel comfortable, let you talk about whatever it is you need to talk about, offer you a listening ear and no judgement.
My aim is to help you navigate, weather and figure out what's going on for you.
I also try to help you understand why it's happening, to better equip you with the tools to navigate the situation should it arise again.
I try to empower my clients so that they feel confident enough to assert themselves, set boundaries and live a better life.
Emm has worked in The Simon Community, Marino Counselling and Psychotherapy, MyMind and Private Practice and has gained a vast wealth of experience and knowledge from these roles.
Emm works with clients over the age of 18 and is a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, they were diagnosed with ADHD in 2023 and have experience working with neurodivergent clients.
Emm Lynch received a Bachelors (Honours) degree in Counselling & Psychotherapy from Dublin Business School (DBS) in 2021
A Masters Degree (Honours) in Sexology from TECH University in 2024.
Emm is also an accredited member of the IACP and works in accordance within their code of ethics.
