I offer a free 15 minute consultation session. I work with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, relationship changes, addiction and low mood. Deciding to enter into a therapeutic relationship is a deeply personal choice that has the potential to facilitate your personal growth and change. I understand that the challenges of life can be extremely difficult to deal with and manage at times and so, it is my role as a therapist is to support you in uncovering your strengths and developing new coping strategies.

My therapeutic approach is integrative and combines elements from various therapeutic modalities to tailor treatment to your own unique needs. I primarily draw from CBT, person centered counselling, Internal family systems, parts therapy, and psychodynamic therapy. I believe in a compassion focused therapeutic approach.

Therapy is a collaborative process, and I am committed to working alongside you to create meaningful and lasting change.
