Hi, I'm Emma. I work in a Humanistic Integrative style, drawing from theories including Rogerian Person Centred Therapy (PCT) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). I have experience working with a wide range of issues including depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, chronic pain, grief and loss, self-esteem and confidence issues, obsessive compulsive behaviours, LGBTQ+, and more. My aim for the therapy is to provide empathy and acceptance in a safe space for you to recognise your own abilities, resources and potential for personal change and growth.
