I offer an emotionally safe space, an accepting , supportive, caring, affordable counselling practice. I offer a person-centred and an integrative approach. I focus on the therapeutic relationship. I accept the client where they are at, in an open, honest and non-judgmental manner.
I have an interest in the welfare of my clients. To every counselling session I bring myself as a person and the client brings themselves as a person and through a collaborative process we both are involved in co-constructing solutions to the concerns. I am not there to solve their problems or give advice. I am there to support the client.
