I fully understand that it can be daunting coming to counselling and its takes courage to make the decision therefore I am passionate about creating a safe and secure place where you can be heard without fear of judgement.
I will work with you by listening to you and stepping through your experiences with you. I use a person centred and emotional focused approach, meeting you where they are. I draw on my skills and knowledge to help the you increase your awareness of yourself and work towards making positive changes in your life.
