Hi there, I am an IACP accredited Counsellor & Psychotherapist who believes that a genuine human connection is the heart of healing. Often we can feel out of balance or distressed without being entirely sure of the cause. I provide an opportunity to understand the origins of our patterns, behaviours, thoughts and beliefs with genuine empathy, blending my clinical training with a relatable real world perspective.
In addition to my general practice, I am a qualified Adolescent Psychotherapist and hold a Specialised Diploma in Neurodiversity Informed Practice. I have a particular interest in helping clients navigate the unique challenges of ADHD, ensuring my approach is always inclusive, emphatic and tailored to the unique way your mind works.
