My name is Elizabeth and I am a fully qualified and accredited psychotherapist. I providing a safe space for the voice of the individual to be heard without fear of judgment. At times we can be unaware of whatever it is that is upsetting us , and putting us out of balance, and that’s exactly what the space in therapy can be used for. I feel extremely passionate in my work as a Therapist, please know that you don't have to be alone, members from the LGBTQ are especially welcome.
I am a humanistic integrative psychotherapist. This means I work with a variety of theories, therapeutic skills and techniques, which include Person-centred, Gestalt, EMDR, Psychoanalytic unconscious process, and Mindfulness. I also facilitate groups in various communities
